Join Susan and Shama at Susan’s Ceramics in Midleton for an immersive morning of presence, connection and creative flow.
We begin with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, followed by a sound immersion guided by Shama. Let the resonant vibrations of the drum and other instruments wash over you, clearing the mind and preparing the spirit for creation. With a grounded heart and inspired mind, you will be guided by Susan to hand-build your own bespoke cacao cup.
After the session, Susan will carefully fire your unique creation, transforming your hand-built piece into a durable, functional vessel for your future home rituals.
What is Ceremonial Cacao?
Unlike the processed chocolate we find on shelves, Ceremonial Cacao is chocolate in its purest, raw form. Made from organic, ethically sourced whole beans, it is minimally processed to retain its natural power.
It is naturally rich in antioxidants and minerals like magnesium. It contains theobromine, which gently increases circulation and stimulates a sense of focused "bliss" without the jittery crash of caffeine. It’s a warm, earthy ritual that helps you quiet the mental chatter, drop from your head, and reconnect with your body.
